Vietnamese Trade Agreement Signing
U.S. Trade Representative Charlene Barshefsky and Vietnamese Trade Minister Vu Khoan sign bilateral trade agreement between the United States and Vietnam July 2000. Ambassador Barshefsky accompanied President Clinton on his historic three-day visit to Vietnam in mid-November 2000, which highlighted the trade agreement.
