  Trading & Distribution Rights Study Mission

Objective: Study technical and legal and practical aspects of administering import and export regimes relating to distribution and trading rights.

    

  Customs Study Mission

Objective:  To study effective implementation and management of customs valuation, post-entry audit, pre-shipment inspection, and risk management strategies for trade facilitation

 

  Financial Services - Securities Study Mission

Objective: To study implementation of the BTA's securities commitments, particularly regulatory oversight of the securities sector in a liberalized market

 

  Judicial Decisions and Enforcement

Objective:  To assist GVN in the finalizing of regulations on civil judgments and enforcement. 

 

  International Dispute Settlement – WTO, and other courts of arbitration
Objective:  To train legal officers involved in international dispute settlement and trade remedy standards (WTO, ICSID, and UNCITRAL)

 

  USPTO Visiting Scholars Program

Objective: To enable one NOIP official to participate in the visiting scholars program of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
